This Order Cancellation & Change Policy explains how requests to modify or cancel orders placed with Elsfree ("we", "our", or "us") are handled. Our goal is to provide a transparent and consistent process while accommodating requests where operationally possible.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood the terms described in this policy.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders are processed within a defined handling period after payment confirmation. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days.

Processing takes place Monday through Friday, with a daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time are generally processed on the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the following business day

Once an order enters processing or is prepared for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for modification or cancellation.

2. Order Change Requests

Customers may request changes to their order shortly after it is placed. Possible changes include:

  • updating the shipping address
  • correcting contact information
  • adjusting product selection (if not yet processed)

Change requests are subject to the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted before the order enters processing
  • We cannot guarantee that all requested changes can be accommodated
  • Changes may not be possible once fulfillment activities have started

3. Order Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

  • Orders may be canceled only before they enter the processing stage
  • Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible
  • If cancellation is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for cancellation based on the order status at the time the request is received.

4. After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled or modified
  • Customers should refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return options

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Incorrect shipping information may result in delays or delivery issues
  • Address corrections may not be possible after processing begins
  • Additional costs may apply for reshipment in certain situations

6. Duplicate Orders

If multiple orders are placed unintentionally, please contact us promptly.

We will review the request and attempt to resolve the issue before processing begins. Once processing has started, adjustments may be limited.

7. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

If the order has already been processed or shipped, refund eligibility will be determined according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain cases, we may review requests outside standard conditions, including operational errors or special circumstances. These situations are evaluated individually.

Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.
